Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
Mondays - Fridays | Flexible Scheduling

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to provide leadership and support for our clinic nursing team. This role includes coordinating patient care, training staff, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in clinical workflows, team development, and quality improvement, while supporting providers and driving initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

- BLS certification every 2 years
- Previous Clinical Leadership experience is preferred
- Provide leadership and support for the clinic nursing team.
- Coordinate patient care between clinical and front office staff.
- Train new staff and conduct annual skills assessments to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with management on hiring and workflow improvements.
- Lead team meetings and share clinical updates.
- Oversee medication management, quality control, and vaccination programs.
- Support providers during staff absences and assist with population health initiatives.
