In this role, you’ll provide care and case management for patients with acute and chronic illnesses — including COVID, Flu, and RSV — within both ambulatory and call center settings. Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care — assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery support.
Coordinate testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long-term care and administrative reporting.
Support research and safety programs , including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.
Lead and assist with onboarding of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.
Collaborate across teams — patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues — to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence-based care.
Core Values in Action
Quality & Accountability: Deliver consistent, evidence-based care and continuously improve nursing processes.
Professional Growth: Stay current with regulations, standards, and best practices in occupational health.
