Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Automotive Technicians / Mechanics who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Our ideal candidates thrive on solving complex problems and are committed to providing the best experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.
- Gaining valuable experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models.
- Conducting thorough and accurate courtesy inspections of vehicles.
- Collaborating with team members to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.
- Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Effectively communicating customer issues with the service department.
- Working alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve impressive results.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to assist customers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications (A1-A8 or L1) are a plus, though not mandatory.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Aiming to meet or exceed productivity goals.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career advancement.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting/moving of over 75 pounds.
- Able to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head height.
- Must work in tight spaces based on vehicle repair needs.
- Good dexterity for efficient tool usage.
- Ability to walk/stand for most of your workday.
- Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in using a computer effectively.
