LaSalle Network is excited to bring on a Senior Staff Accountant for a high-growth tech organization building its finance infrastructure from the ground up. This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the processes that will support rapid scale.

What's the job?
  • Own daily accounting operations
  • Support month-end close through reconciliations and journal entries
  • Manage AP, vendor invoicing and expense procedures
  • Draft and refine accounting policies and internal documentation
  • Reinforce internal controls and help enhance system efficiencies
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows as the department grows

What's needed?
  • 3-6 years progressive accounting experience
  • Tech, startup and/or public accounting background a plus
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/candidate preferred
  • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
  • Month-end close expertise
  • Strong Excel and accounting software experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a startup environment
