We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Staff. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work at various events including corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and more

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with event information.
  • Ensure cleanliness of event spaces during and after events.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies as needed throughout the event.
  • Assist in coordinating event activities and schedules with the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or events is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
