Finance Associate | Analyst

Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid - In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr. on W2
Position Summary:
Supports finance operations for high-risk, complex clients by performing advanced analysis, reporting, and financial management guidance. Works closely with Account Managers to resolve client issues and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with internal and external clients to research, resolve, and escalate issues promptly.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze open receivable trends (denials, over/short payments, payment frequency).
- Manage and prioritize cash application processes for high-risk clients.
- Identify and recommend system or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial records for client accounts; provide reporting to Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, and auditors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing issues (specific to EL Sight Protect Safety Program).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Data entry and detail-oriented
- Analytical problem-solving in complex organizations
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/finance systems
- Payment transaction experience
- Collections and/or customer service experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-risk client accounts efficiently
