As an Occupational Therapist at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), you won’t be stuck in traffic or enduring fluorescent lights all day. We’re eager to welcome a Per Diem OTR (Occupational Therapist) who seeks to assist individuals in regaining independence in the comfort of their homes in the Chelsea residential area of Massachusetts.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized, functional treatment plans tailored to enhance your patients’ independence.
- Conduct home safety evaluations to improve living conditions effectively.
- Educate patients and caregivers with your expertise as an OT superstar.
- Utilize our user-friendly EMR system for straightforward documentation.
- Make a meaningful impact and observe the improvements you facilitate.

What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively when necessary.
- Familiarity with EMRs is preferred (we assure you ours is user-friendly).
- Home health experience is an advantage, but we will support your development either way.
