Summer 2026 Actuarial Internship

The Actuarial Practice is dedicated to offering tailored actuarial services and strategic insights to premier insurance companies and financial institutions. By joining our team, you'll play a vital role in impactful projects that effectively manage insurance risks and foster innovative solutions.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Engage in the development, modeling, and valuation support of life and annuity products.
  • Review pricing assumptions and methodologies, assessing them against industry standards.
  • Participate in mergers & acquisitions due diligence, conducting assumption reviews and building models.
  • Transform actuarial data and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Optimize actuarial models and assist in managing in-force blocks.
  • Prepare persuasive client presentations and bolster marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain valuable intellectual capital to empower our practice.

Throughout your internship, you'll take part in our immersive actuarial bootcamp—a six-week program that includes engaging presentations, case studies, and mentorship sessions designed to equip you with essential industry skills and insights.

We are looking for candidates meeting the following qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A strong commitment to passing actuarial exams and a genuine desire for professional development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and collaborative abilities.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated individuals who excel in dynamic work environments.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, or programming languages is preferred.

This internship offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.00 to $36.25, dependent on skills and experience. Become a part of our commitment to professional excellence and innovation
