Are you an innovative Electrical Engineer with a passion for designing cutting-edge substation systems? Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems ranging from basic to highly complex, including electric master system plans and renewable energy solutions.
  • Conduct advanced studies and calculations for power distribution, fire alarm, security systems, and lighting simulations.
  • Generate white papers and technical documentation for our Technical Knowledge Management program.
  • Perform field reviews, ensuring designs meet site conditions, and update designs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling proposals and address client RFPs.
  • Review project proposals for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand future design needs and represent the firm at industry events.
  • Mentor junior engineers, guiding their technical development and project contributions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with potential for travel based on project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading substation engineering projects up to 345kV.
  • Proficiency in protective relay schemes and relay schematic design.
  • Strong background in electrical equipment specification, including SCADA/RTU hardware.
  • Familiarity with NESC and NEC standards, and grounding grid design knowledge.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%

Pay Range: $90,605 - $158,579
