Director, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance our organization's recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing a high-performing recruitment team, overseeing all aspects of the hiring process, and strengthening the company's employee value proposition. The Director will work closely with senior leaders to ensure recruiting initiatives support business objectives and long-term growth plans
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and organizational needs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiting professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and development.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership, service center, field, and specialized roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate recruiting performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data and analytics to refine recruiting strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our careers website and increase qualified applicants.
- Oversee and optimize our Applicant Tracking System to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and scale recruiting processes in dynamic or high-growth environments.
- Experience implementing recruiting metrics, reporting systems, and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and current hiring trends.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR and executive leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution with long-term workforce planning.
