We have an immediate full-time requirement for a Senior Regulatory Consultant with expertise in FIFRA pesticide registration & regulatory compliance. This role is with one of our key clients in the regulatory consulting space.

Location: Washington, D.C. metro or Remote
Industry: Pesticide Registration & Regulatory Compliance
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: 170K & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation, submission, and management of FIFRA registration applications, petitions, product labels, and other regulatory filings.
  • Interface with EPA and other agencies to support clients' registration efforts.
  • Provide strategic regulatory guidance and manage projects independently.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for successful compliance outcomes.
  • Occasionally oversee field or laboratory studies to support applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in animal science, biology, chemistry, toxicology, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in FIFRA pesticide registration and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of FIFRA Registration Review, regulatory amendments, and submission processes.
  • Solid project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with study monitoring is a plus.
