Emmy Squared Pizza is renowned for its award-winning Detroit-style pizza and creative culinary offerings. Swingers Crazy Golf Club offers an unparalleled entertainment experience with its innovative mini-golf courses and vibrant atmosphere. Together, we're setting out to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our Boston guests.

As General Manager, you'll oversee all culinary operations supporting Swingers Crazy Golf guests, ensuring the seamless execution of our pizza and burger menus. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in Boston's hospitality scene while contributing to the growth of our Emmy Squared footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing culinary team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Oversee all culinary operations during service, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  • Partner closely with Swingers' leadership to ensure cohesion between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Hire, onboard, and continuously train team members to maintain high standards of service and execution.
  • Manage labor and scheduling to meet business needs and financial targets.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and fostering a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
  • Execute catering contracts and ensure all BEO (Banquet Event Order) details are met.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in the food & beverage industry, with at least 1 year in culinary management.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers; experience with scheduling systems like Teamwork is a plus.
  • Serve Safe Certified Food Manager required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor management, kitchen operations, and health/safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
