Position Summary

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS AVAILABLE FOR NIGHTS & WEEKEND SHIFTS

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Assessment Clerk to join our team.

As an Intake Assessment Clerk, you will be crucial in receiving, scheduling, and referring incoming patients and inquiry calls. You will work closely with our Intake Counselors, Clerks, and Director to coordinate assessments, initiate vital signs, safety checks, and provide care and comfort to patients during the admission process. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition for patients into the hospital.

  • The IntakeClerk is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling, and/or referring inquiry calls.
  • Assist the Intake Counselors, Coordinators, and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork, and insurance information.
  • Work with Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process.
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
  • Education: High school diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in a hospital intake department
  • Additional Skill Requirements: C.N.A. preferred

Compensation:
