About This Role:

The eCommerce Operations Manager drives online sales growth by overseeing business operations, developing promotions and pricing strategies, managing analytics, coordinating with internal teams, and leading the eCommerce marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

  • Leads the eCommerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manages the performance of staff, including staffing issues, individual goals, and objective setting, coaching, and mentoring, performance evaluations, compensation decisions and disciplinary action.
  • Oversees the eCommerce business, ensures growth and profitability.
  • Develops and executes promotions, pricing, and sales strategies to drive online sales.
  • Manages eCommerce store operations, including reporting and analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement,
  • Coordinates with internal departments such as marketing, fulfillment, and finance to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverages industry contacts and monitors market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the eCommerce space.
  • Oversees the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Identifies opportunities of growth and leads the analysis of customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Ensures the eCommerce platform is user-friendly, secure, and up to date with the latest technologies.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners and vendors to enhance eCommerce capabilities.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or 10 years equivalent education/experience.
Experience Required and Preferred:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Requires excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills to manage employees and to work with department and Company employees and distributors. Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem solving skills including problem analysis, organizational planning, project management, decisiveness, decision making and judgment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy must include proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Strong analytical abilities and computer problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce advertisement and promotion techniques and programs.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing and sales strategies and techniques.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $115,000 to $150,000

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
