Food & Beverage Coordinator

Provides office support to the Food and Beverage team (Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding and/or Restaurants). Primary duties include payroll reconciliation, scheduling support, and processing daily operations information that involves communication with other divisions, as well as within the Food and Beverage departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review Time and Labor system and update daily & weekly payroll for accuracy & compliance.
- Coordinate with accounting on necessary corrections to tip pay-out paperwork and job classification exceptions for each pay period.
- Answer department communications and relay messages to proper persons.
- Review and submit temporary staff timesheets.
- Attend BEO meetings and other department meetings as needed.
- Create banquet menu cards and event marketing material, as needed.
- Process daily mail and email and distribute/post.
- Assist with onboarding of division new hires.
- Make necessary changes to the server's schedule and BEO's when needed.
- Monitor communications on the Beekeeper app and communicate as needed.
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Effective office and time management organizational practices.
- Effect oral and written communication.
- Dynamic personality with ability to fully execute Marriott standards of Brilliant Hosting.
