We are currently seeking a Central Supply Clerk.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming medical and facility supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for medical and non-medical supplies
  • Issue supplies to nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and other departments as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of supplies in compliance with healthcare standards
  • Assist with documentation and reporting related to supply usage and inventory levels
  • Support infection control and safety protocols related to supply storage and handling
Requirements:

Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or medical supply experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing facility supply or inventory role is a plus
