Overview

Who/What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade.

Our HVAC Install Helper class will:

  • Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
  • Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
  • Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
  • Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
  • Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record
  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
  • Team player
  • Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older
Training: F.H. Furr will provide all the training required for this position

Compensation: Paid weekly
