• Position Overview:
This role is responsible for promoting the shift from on-premise IT infrastructure to cloud environments. The IT Project Leader will perform network and IT infrastructure (server/network) related security analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and project management for clients.
• What will you do:
• Cloud Shift Promotion: You will strongly promote the shift from on-premise environments to cloud-based solutions. You will perform security analysis, design, and project management to ensure a seamless transition to cloud infrastructures for clients.
• IT Infrastructure Design & Implementation: You will design and implement IT infrastructure for mid-to-large environments, ensuring security and efficiency for clients.
• Project Management: You will lead projects, overseeing the entire process from proposal to implementation. You will manage relationships with clients and ensure that all project milestones are achieved.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience with IT infrastructure design and implementation for mid-to-large environments
• At least 3 years of experience with project leading and sales/proposal activities with clients
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capability to perform entire projects independently
• Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to improve the IT environment and processes
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership as a team player and self-starter
• AWS/Microsoft/CISCO, or other IT vendor certifications
