Pay Range: $68 - $69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for IRA rollover digital experiences, from initial customer inquiry through completion
- Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points and optimization opportunities throughout the rollover process
- Partner with UX/UI, engineering, and business stakeholders to design and implement experience improvements
- Define and track key performance indicators including conversion rates, completion times, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are seamlessly integrated into the digital experience
- Conduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and inform feature prioritization
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and support throughout the rollover journey
- Key skills; Project Management , Retirement, IRA Rollover
- 3-5 years of digital product management experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Understanding of retirement planning products and regulatory considerations
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

- Experience Product manager to represent the Customer / Participant and translate CX / Tech improvements to the Communications domain to ROI:
- Prioritization of Comms platform enhancements to maximize ROI
- Definition of detailed requirements on Service Communication Templates
- Service Communications Roadmap definition
- Story-telling and executive level presentation skills
