Location: Lakewood, NJ
Type: Contract-to-permanent
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, & Friday 8:00 AM-1:30 PM
Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Job Duties:
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing freight.
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe factory floor.
- Load and unload trucks using stacking machine or other material handling equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Perform basic maintenance
- Operate stacker machines and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
- Ability to learn operation of warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with basic tools and maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
