How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Provide exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while ensuring high standards of quality and compassionate care.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
  • Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures established by the facility among all nursing personnel under your supervision.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

  • Active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current/active CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical, assessment, and documentation skills with a dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
