The Sales Growth Associate connects prospective clients with our advisory team, guiding families toward financial success. Warm leads are provided-no cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into a financial advisor role.Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
  • Understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
  • Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
  • Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Continue developing financial and sales expertise
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales, client services, or business development experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Financial industry experience a plus
  • Relevant certifications/licenses a plus (SIE, 2-15, 2-14)
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and goal-oriented mindset

Schedule:
  • Full-time, role based in Miami, FL.
  • Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.
Compensation:

$60,000-$90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
