Role Overview

Independently process outgoing money movement transactions according to department policies and procedures. Ensure comprehensive and seamless operations for all transaction requests with minimal direction. Work with internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with industry rules, regulations, and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process outgoing money movement transactions accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Research and resolve issues, troubleshoot, and provide seamless service with internal and external partners.
  • Identify process improvements and partner with resources to implement solutions.
  • Utilize computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action.
  • Participate in team or department projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school or GED.
  • Experience: 13 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.
  • Ability to research and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced, transaction?based environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy standards.
  • Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex issues.
  • Product?specific or financial services industry experience.

Compensation

Base salary range: $43,500 $58,800 per year, plus variable pay and benefits.
