As the Team Leader, you will work hand-in-hand with the Restaurant General Manager to manage the restaurant's operations, which includes building and nurturing a strong team, providing exceptional customer experiences, and overseeing the restaurant budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver outstanding service.
  • Scheduling and deploying team members effectively to meet business needs.
  • Addressing employee performance issues and aiding in customer service resolutions.
  • Managing financial plans and budgets to support the operational goals of the restaurant.

Key Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a College or University Degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, with Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check as well as a drug test.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Strong business math and analytical skills are highly preferred.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • A willingness to assist in cleaning the parking lot and surrounding areas.
