Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently deliver and install appliances, including connecting ductwork, water lines, and wiring, while providing clear and concise operation instructions.
  • Diagnose and repair appliances, ordering and installing necessary parts, testing functionality, and maintaining precise service records.
  • Submit warranty repair documentation and manage credit invoices to vendors and manufacturers promptly.
  • Deliver friendly, honest, and knowledgeable customer service during every interaction.

You would be a great fit if you can:

  • Provide outstanding customer service with integrity, kindness, and a supportive attitude.
  • Communicate professionally while actively listening and offering thoughtful, effective solutions.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, along with testing equipment, to accurately diagnose and complete repairs.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record and a valid health card.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with the capacity to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
  • Physical endurance to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in elevated areas for extended periods.
