Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Level Diesel Mechanic, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining our Truck Fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians looking to advance their careers.

  • Hourly Pay: $33.02 per hour
  • Certification Bonus: Earn $100 for each new ASE certification, up to $700
  • Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 every quarter
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,750 after 30 days and another $1,750 after 90 days
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

This position is based in Forest Park, Georgia, with the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational or technical certification preferred
  • Basic tools required
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical repair of automotive and diesel engines preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred
  • Must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing standard and preventive maintenance on vehicles
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools
  • Conducting detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision
  • Interacting with customers and drivers to understand issues
  • Working in compliance with safety and corporate guidelines
  • Mentoring junior technicians
