Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Day1 onsite)

FTE only

An IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of specific IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Project initiation and planning

2. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

3. Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

4. Leading and managing cross-functional project teams

5. Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and team members

6. Identifying and mitigating project risks

7. Monitoring progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plans

8. Ensuring quality assurance and control

9. Managing project closures and evaluating project success

10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2. Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile

3. Proven experience in IT project management

4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software
