Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused AI Solutions Architect to join our Advanced Growth Technologies team. In this pivotal role, you will combine your expertise in AI infrastructure and platforms with your customer-centric approach to design groundbreaking solutions using NVIDIA DGX systems and other OEM technologies. Collaborating with various teams, you will convert business needs into state-of-the-art infrastructure solutions and ensure successful client outcomes through innovative design and configuration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary SME for AI Infrastructure, delivering exceptional insights on NVIDIA DGX platforms and compatible OEM solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to assess requirements and design tailored AI solutions.
• Develop detailed hardware configurations focusing on integration, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for proposed solutions.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
• Provide best practice recommendations for AI infrastructure deployment and optimization.
• Support field sales teams by addressing technical aspects during the sales process.
• Collaborate with vendors and stay updated on the latest technological advancements.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Design and present infrastructure solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
• Foster relationships with key OEMs and strategic partners, keeping abreast of product developments.
• Manage the solution practice pipeline and identify growth opportunities across technology domains.
• Engage with clients at various levels to ensure comprehensive account management.
• Mentor and train sales teams on technical products and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Experience in complex Data Center sales - Intermediate
• Deep knowledge of Data Center infrastructures, hybrid cloud solutions, and automation - Intermediate
• Familiarity with Virtualization technologies and containerization - Intermediate
• Strong ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences - Intermediate
• Expertise in mainstream technologies including Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco - Intermediate
• Experience with disaster recovery and data protection solutions - Intermediate

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years in presales engineering or solutions architecture, focusing on AI/HPC workloads
• Proven experience with NVIDIA DGX systems and AI data center platforms
• Hands-on experience with configuring AI-optimized OEM platforms
• Strong knowledge of data center components including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for SHI, Partner, and Customer Events

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in NVIDIA or relevant technologies
• Experience in enterprise datacenter technologies
• Knowledge of power and cooling technologies
• Familiarity with AI software stacks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in cloud-hybrid AI deployments
• Understanding of the AI Factory concept and NCPs
• Strong customer-focus and problem-solving capability

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $250,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
