Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead implementation of financial technology solutions
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for system modernization
- Oversee disaster recovery and security protocols
- Direct EPM and Oracle SaaS implementations
- Ensure system integration and data integrity
- Lead financial application modernization initiatives
- Optimize system performance and reliability
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams
- Manage project portfolios and resource allocation
- Establish technical standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Optimize operational costs and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of IT experience with focus on financial systems
- Proven experience with EPM/Oracle SaaS implementations
- PMP Certification
- Strong track record in technology leadership
- Excellence in stakeholder management
