Your Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapy Care Provider, you will deliver skilled physical therapy services to clients in their homes, primarily within Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities, under the guidance of a Registered Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an approved two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  2. Licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  3. Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  4. Current CPR certification.
  5. Experience in geriatric rehabilitation is required.
