About the Clinician's Workday

This facility uses Meditech Magic and has a 12-bed hospital with a 16-bed ED, averaging 4,380 annual visits (about 1 patient per hour). The staffing model includes a physician from 7a-7p and an APC from 7p-7a, with locums expected to cover 14 day shifts per month. Both FM and IM clinicians with EM experience are accepted alongside EM-trained providers. Duties include supervising APCs and responding to codes with the EM and HM teams. Required certifications are ACLS and BLS; board certification in EM or FM/IM with EM experience is acceptable. No trauma designation, scribes, or code team outside EM/HM.
