We're seeking a Product Owner to support three cross-functional development teams across a mix of new development, platform redesign, and legacy system modernization efforts. This is a hybrid role combining elements of Product Ownership, Technical Business Analysis, and Scrum Master responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Agile delivery, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, and the ability to step into a Product leadership gap to keep teams aligned and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Product Owner across multiple teams, helping to drive sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and feature readiness• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in the absence of a dedicated Scrum Master
• Manage and maintain backlogs within Azure DevOps (ADO Agile template), including epics, features, and user stories
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine high-level concepts into actionable stories; ensure development teams are clear on scope and ready to execute
• Track and report delivery status and velocity metrics using ADO; ensure story-level updates are entered consistently
• Align technical efforts across three key projects with varying team sizes and technologies
• Support sprint-based releases (every other sprint) and coordinate with development and QA resources

Active Project Areas:
• Sitecore Customer Rewards Platform: Final pre-production sprint to deliver new features and harden code for launch
• Vacations Hawaii Legacy App: Ongoing ColdFusion maintenance with a redesign initiative and future-state mobile app evaluation
• Spider Dev Team (C#/MuleSoft): API modernization and transactional system upgrade for campaign management workflows

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Technical BA, or Scrum Master roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practical delivery in sprint-based environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (features, stories, epics, metrics)
• Ability to operate independently and make prioritization decisions when traditional Product Manager support is limited
• Comfortable working across legacy and modern tech stacks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills

Preferred:
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Familiarity with platforms like Sitecore, ColdFusion, C#/.NET, or MuleSoft
• Experience managing multiple concurrent project streams
