Orientation & Training Highlights:

At TMC, we believe in providing a robust orientation and training program designed to set you up for success. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Your training will include a two-week orientation at one of our facilities located in Des Moines, Iowa or Columbia, South Carolina.
  • Followed by five weeks of over-the-road (OTR) training with a certified flatbed driver trainer (4 weeks if you have an Automatic Transmission restriction).
  • During orientation and training, you will earn $650 per week as an apprentice driver.
  • Home time is vital to us, and we strive to connect you with a trainer who lives within 150 miles of your home, allowing you to maximize your weekends with family and friends.
  • Many first-year drivers are seeing their earnings exceed $100,000

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
  • No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs.
  • Military experience may be considered for meeting some qualifications.
