Restaurant General Manager

As a Restaurant General Manager at Cooper's Hawk, you will take charge of a vibrant, high-volume, full-service establishment that features a scratch kitchen, a retail tasting room, and a flourishing Wine Club community. Lead with enthusiasm and intention, ensuring operational excellence, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and fostering a thriving Wine Club Community. You will inspire and develop a team of leaders and team members who collectively deliver exceptional hospitality.

General Manager Compensation: $90,000 - $112,000/year + 20% bonus potential. The final salary will be determined by various factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

How You Will Succeed:

What You Will Bring:

• Must embody Cooper's Hawk values.
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to coach the team to meet targets.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Extensive food knowledge and standards (Executive Kitchen Manager level).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred certifications include ServSafe and relevant state/local licensing.
• Must lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work 50-60 hours per week including flexible shifts on weekends and some holidays.
