Senior Lead Solution Consultant

The Senior Lead Solution Consultant (SC) delivers exceptional pre-sales technical expertise, guiding the development, positioning, and implementation of intricate, platform-wide solutions. By leveraging extensive knowledge of the Workiva platform, the Lead SC collaborates with sales teams, key customer stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to cultivate a strategic vision, provide personalized and impactful demonstrations, design comprehensive adoption roadmaps, and influence substantial technical decision-making. This role acts as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, aligning customer outcomes with platform capabilities and facilitating technical validation.
What You'll Do
Address highly complex and unclear customer challenges that necessitate creative solution design and innovative technical strategies, all while possessing a strong grasp of enterprise architectures.
Educate customers on AI capabilities, highlighting security and risk considerations and practical applications to help them assess how Workiva's AI roadmap fits with their existing frameworks.
Develop expertise in multiple domains, offering a thorough understanding of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can add significant value.
