Sr Business Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr Business Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic financial initiatives and analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage and enhance the budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes for credit card balance sheet and net interest income activities.

• Oversee the monthly close process, including estimation and communication of preliminary results.

• Analyze financial data, develop, and maintain financial models to monitor and forecast credit card balances, net interest income, and noninterest income.

• Prepare and deliver month-end reports, KPIs, and variance analyses with accuracy and timeliness.

• Create materials for management review meetings and support strategic decision-making through insightful reporting.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling within a banking or financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of credit card financial metrics and KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support business growth initiatives.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance reporting requirements.
