About The Position
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Jan 5, 2026. This full-time opportunity features a mix of day and evening shifts Monday through Friday, providing primary care to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.
Job Details
- Location: Indiana
- Start Date: Jan 5, 2026
- LOA: 120 days
- Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician
- Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday); 10am-7pm (Tuesday & Thursday)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with up to 2 advanced practice providers
- Manage medications and provide patient education for home treatment
- Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
- Ensure continuity of care between visits
- Complete charting and documentation for each patient consultation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Participate in peer reviews
- Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
- Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice in Indiana
- Board Certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
- Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
