About the Behavior Technician RoleAs a Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will have the opportunity to provide direct ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA. This role is incredibly rewarding, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, while fostering your professional growth in a nurturing environment.
Behavior Technician ResponsibilitiesProvide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
Support skill-building in communication, social interactions, and daily living activities.
Accurately collect and record client data.
Implement behavior intervention plans and address challenging behaviors as needed.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families to ensure effective care.
Active RBT certification (in good standing).
A minimum of 6 months of experience in ABA therapy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Hourly Pay: $19-$24 per hour, based on experience.
Guaranteed Raises: Automatic $0.50 raises every 6 months, with no cap.
401(k): Available after 6 months of employment, including a 1% company match after 1 year.
Rewards Program: Accumulate points for strong attendance and timely session documentation, redeemable for cash or prizes.
Employee Referral Program: Bonuses for referring new team members to Hidden Talents ABA.
Paid onboarding and ongoing training.
Supervision hours available for those pursuing the BCBA track.
