Details:

  • Employee health clinic for all adult patients ages 18+
    • Primary care, minor occ health or acute illness/injuries
    • 5-10 patients per day
  • PART TIME: Monday and Wednesday 8a-5p (1 hour lunch)
  • Need help through end of June or longer
Required:
  • 1 year of experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or occupational health
  • Active BLS and DEA (in IL)
Compensation:
  • W2 employee - receive a paycheck weekly
  • Benefits available if needed
  • 100% of malpractice insurance covered
