Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience
- PE
- HVAC/plumbing or electrical experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing projects of all sizes and complexity
- Experience leading teams and mentoring others
- Use tools necessary to create construction documents for projects throughout
- Design and prepare drawings for plumbing and water supply systems
- Design and prepare drawings for miscellaneous plumbing systems
- Use AutoCAD and design applications to aid in design undertakings and requirements
- Evaluate and oversee design layouts prior to drawing submittals
- Prepare all documents and reports from start to finish of design
- Recommend improvement methods to the design process
