POSITION SUMMARY:
Manageand maintain the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority's physical assets withinits facilities. Managing existing andreplacement assets in the Enterprise Asset Management - Maximo EAM softwaredatabase for asset life cycle management. Gathers, organizes, and preparesinventory and asset records within the database to optimize performance,compliance, and cost-efficiency. Supports daily operation of workflows and the main point of contact forend users; conduct system testing as required; assist in developing trainingprograms for Maximo and Mobile entry of records. Operates under the objectives of the AssetManagement Program (AMP) for optimal asset lifecycle management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associatedegree and / or a Trades Vocational certificate with three years' experience toinclude data entry, data processing, accounting, purchasing and inventory,including other related experience or an equivalent combination of training,education, and experience. Two years' preferred EAM experience with Maximo, andmobile tablet work management software.
- Exceptional ability to pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan and coordinate projects
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Basic ability to gather and analyze data to make recommendations; and comprehend asset specifications.
- Basic computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, project management software, relational database, presentation and video software
- Physical dexterity to stand, squat, walk greater than 4 continuous hours to gather campus asset information.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and equipment used in facility management.
- Valid State of Florida driver's license
