As an Interstate Therapy Solutions Physical Therapist Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in our growing practice, impacting lives while shaping your own success. We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical, occupational & speech therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.You will plan speech rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. Gain great Leadership experience working with a ADOR & DOR that have over 20 years experience each in the inpatient department within an already succesful hospital.

You’ll achieve success by:

• Lead, train, & develop a team of PT's, PTA's, & Aide's. Weekly meetings with hospital leadership.

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California

• CPR and first aid certification required

Qualifications:
• Passion around serving others
• California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• 3 years Inpatient licensed Physical Therapist experience
