They are expanding our team and seeking motivated sales agents to join us in helping families secure their financial futures.
Position Summary
As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes to offer and sell life insurance policies. This role requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with potential clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients.
- Assess client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Close sales and complete necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Life insurance license
- 1+ year of life insurance sales experience (if licensed).
