Global Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our Global Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Management team. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting security processes and controls to ensure compliance and minimize risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance assessments and validate cybersecurity controls.
- Manage and respond to cybersecurity-related customer requests and questionnaires.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and other teams to address compliance issues.
- Document and track control deficiencies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance solutions.
- Monitor and analyze information security metrics and risk indicators.
- Assist in developing risk monitoring mechanisms and reporting tools.
- Support audits, evaluations, and security program effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education: BS or MA in Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in cybersecurity risk roles and compliance management.
- Technical understanding of IT risks, operations, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27000, COBIT, NIST 800).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA (not mandatory but preferred).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and risk factors.
- Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and self-motivation.
