Your Opportunity
As a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager, you will oversee the implementation of EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products across various healthcare environments including hospitals, health systems, and medical schools. This pivotal role will require collaboration with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are efficiently integrated into clinical workflows, thereby improving patient outcomes. Your expertise will facilitate integrations with Electronic Health Record systems utilizing technologies such as Single Sign-on, clinical portals, and HL7 Infobutton.
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with teams across different locations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the complete technical implementation process for EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to develop implementation plans focused on technical integration and timelines.
- Advise and support customers throughout the implementation journey, ensuring proper configuration and integration with existing systems including EHR integration and SSO.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, staying on track to meet project milestones.
- Work with the Customer Success Manager to determine key performance indicators to assess the implementation's success.
- Innovate implementation processes in relation to SSO and EHR best practices.
- Monitor implementation progress, addressing risks and providing detailed reports.
- Strive for continuous enhancement in implementation procedures for efficiency and improved customer outcomes.
Your Team:
You will join the Clinical Decisions Technical Implementation team, collaborating closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development. As part of a dedicated cross-functional team, you will benefit from remote work flexibility and comprehensive resources to aid your success and career growth.
About You
You possess a Bachelor's degree in health administration, information technology, or a related area, alongside:
- A minimum of 5 years in project management.
- A strong grasp of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols.
- A proven history of managing complex projects successfully.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to work remotely across various time zones, with the capacity to travel up to 25% when needed.
What Sets You Apart:
- 7 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry.
- A background in clinical informatics and understanding of healthcare trends and regulations.
- Strong analytical abilities to uncover and resolve challenges during implementation.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems like electronic health records and practice management systems.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
Pay Range
USD $98,315.00 - USD $140,450.00 /Yr. Salary offers are determined by various factors, including skills, qualifications, education, training, experience, and location.
