RapidScale, a member of the Cox Business family, is looking for a Senior Cloud Solutions Consultant and a Cloud Solutions Consultant II to spearhead new business initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and our private cloud offerings.

What You'll Do
- Consistently pursue and secure new cloud professional and managed services opportunities.
- Lead executive-level discovery sessions to understand client needs, converting insights into tailored solutions.
- Create and present compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that drive successful deal closures.
- Maintain pipeline discipline by ensuring accurate forecasting in Salesforce, achieving a consistent 5:1 pipeline-to-quota ratio.
- Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud field teams to expand market reach and enhance sales cycles.
- Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive insights to elevate our offerings.
Who You Are
You are a savvy sales consultant in the cloud domain who combines technical knowledge with a determined approach. You thrive in dynamic environments, view prospecting as a daily priority, and possess a commanding presence that captivates CIOs, CTOs, and product leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience selling IT/cloud solutions in a consultative, B2B setting.
- Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to close complex deals and forge long-term relationships.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, holding at least one relevant certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader).
- Full-lifecycle sales experience, consistently achieving or exceeding quotas.
Senior Cloud Solutions Consultant
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master's and 6+ years, or 12+ years total professional experience).
Cloud Solutions Consultant II
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years' relevant experience. Alternative combinations may include a master's degree with 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with partner programs from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, containerization, infrastructure as code, and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Industry experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Financial Services, or SaaS.
- Advanced cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect - Associate).
Compensation for this role ranges from USD 105,000.00 to 175,000.00 per year. This range may vary based on geographic location and the candidate's experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual incentive/commission target.
The Company provides eligible employees with flexible paid vacation time, seven paid holidays annually, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time for personal or family needs. Employees also qualify for other paid time off, which includes bereavement leave, voting time, jury duty, military leave, and parental leave.
