Network Engineer

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Network Engineer IV to join their team. As a Network Engineer IV , you will be part of the Network Operations Department supporting global network engineering and automation teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , effective communication , and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment , which will align successfully in the organization.

Deploy, manage, and automate large-scale network infrastructure.

Design scalable and efficient network solutions across global platforms.
-
Troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver innovative resolutions.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes safely and efficiently.
-
Maintain high levels of reliability and quality in network operations.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant networking certifications.
-
Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in networking.
-
Expertise in major router platforms (Cisco 37xx, 49xx, 65xx, 73xx, 76xx) and compatible supervisory/line cards.

Strong knowledge of internet routing protocols, specifically BGP and OSPF .
-
Hands-on experience with protocols/technologies including DWDM, T1/DS1, DS3, SONET, VLANs/STP, IPv4/IPv6, HSRP/GLBP, PIMv2, IPSEC/VPNs, NetFlow, DNS, HTTP .
