Customer Service Representative

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the automotive industry, this is the role for you. This is an on-site position. Hourly pay at $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with service and body shop teams 
  • Provide updates on vehicle service status and answer customer inquiries
  • Navigate and utilize multiple software programs to support daily operations
  • Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in automotive service or body shop preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems
  • Team player with a positive attitude
