Josh Salmans State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Within the Insurance Account Position, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, through value-based conversations, you will identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to get licensed.
