Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our team As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency in our restaurant. You will work alongside management, taking on specific tasks that drive success and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive guest relations.
- Ensure that products meet our company quality standards through regular checks.
- Guide crew members with ongoing coaching focused on improving customer service and operational processes.
- Assist in cash procedures including bank deposits and safe management.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and food safety audits.
- Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are ready for service.
- Oversee food preparation and inventory management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor service speed and tackle any issues impacting service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for opening and closing the restaurant when management is not present.
- Lead training efforts for new and existing crew members in line with our standards.
